If you are in a position to do so why not bring it to us in person, and one of the girls on reception will be happy to book your hard drive in, or if you cannot make it to our recovery centre, send it to us using registered post or a courier.


Initial Diagnosis And No Obligation Quote

When we have received your storage device we will contact you again. When we contact you we will have made a definitive diagnosis and will be able to talk you through what happens next and go over the quotation again. Remember there is no money up front and if you choose not to continue with the recovery there is nothing to pay; it really is a no obligation quote. Although we will go through everything again by the time we have received your media you will already have obtained a price from us.


Your Data Recovered

If you are happy and want us to proceed with the recovery we will be more than happy to do so. To this end the procedure takes normally 2-3 days from start to finish. When we have recovered your data we store it on one of our secure servers and will contact you again by telephone, and with an accompanying email. The email we send will clearly detail the contents of your data recovery including screenshots of the data plus a list of all the directories recovered. Once you have confirmed with our engineer that the data recovered is correct then we can organise reuniting you with it.


Your Data Returned

Having confirmed that the data we have recovered is what you want then we need to get it back to you. To have it returned to you by next day courier all we need is full payment via credit or debit card (no fees are applicable using cards with us), cheque or bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment we will arrange for the delivery of your data on the format of your choice by courier which is normally next day. The fee for this delivery has already been factored into your quotation so the price you pay already includes return delivery – there is nothing else to pay.
