Recover Lost Asus Laptop Data

ASUS TRANSFORMER BOOK

I bought an Asus Transformer Book Laptop recently because I needed a new device to take into class, and I thought this would pack up quite small, and it would be fine. However, I noticed within a few days that I would have to install updates every time I turned on the system. I thought this was a bit odd, but I have managed it until now. Since yesterday, however, the system is not working correctly for me at all, and the reason for this is one of the updates. I turned the system on, and found that it had a ‘trying to load’ message on the screen. I rang tech support, I tried to do a hard reset in order to create a factory reset. However, I did this several times, but only got as far as the BIOS screen. I can choose Safe Mode, or Start Normally, it does not matter because the system will not work. I have tried and failed to get into the OS so many times now. I need to get the data I have on the laptop reco0vered as I need some data for a presentation in a few days time.

ASUS TRANSFORMER BOOK

I have an Asus Transformer, which I wanted to use in order to do school work on. This seemed like the perfect tool, but I have discovered so many problems with it that I don’t know where to begin. Firstly, during start up, it will constantly do repairs. This has happened at least three times in the few weeks I have had it. Sometimes, it will take 20 reboots to actually get into the next screen. It wanted to delete all of the files and programs in the OS. Then, it has had problems reading external drives, so that I cannot upload any of the work which I have on the laptop into a hard drive, in order to back it up. It won’t do USB, or cables. It is now at the point again where it wants to do more recoveries, and I am back into circling the laptop waiting for it to ‘find’ whatever it is trying to recover, and then carry on as usual. I really want to get my data out of it.
